Common use of Reduction in FTE Status Clause in Contracts

Reduction in FTE Status. If a nurse’s FTE status is reduced, this differential will be payable to the nurse only for extra shifts worked after the completion of 26 full pay periods following the nurse’s FTE reduction, with the exception of a change from a 40-hour to a full-time 36-hour per week shift.

Reduction in FTE Status. If a nurse’s FTE status is reduced, this 26 differential will be payable to the nurse only for extra shifts worked after the 27 completion of 26 full pay periods following the nurse’s FTE reduction, with the 28 exception of a change from a 40-hour to a full-time 36-hour per week shift.

If a nurse’s FTE status is reduced, 9 this differential will be payable to the nurse only for extra shifts worked 10 after the completion of 26 full pay periods following the nurse’s FTE 11 reduction, with the exception of a change from a 40-hour to a full-time 36-36- 12 hour per week shift.

If a nurse’s FTE status is reduced, this 22 differential will be payable to the nurse only for extra shifts worked after the 23 completion of 26 full pay periods following the nurse’s FTE reduction, with the 24 exception of a change from a 40-hour to a full-time 36-hour per week shift.

If a nurse’s FTE status is reduced, this 19 differential will be payable to the nurse only for extra shifts worked after the 20 completion of 26 full pay periods following the nurse’s FTE reduction, with the 21 exception of a change from a 40-hour to a full-time 36-hour per week shift.
