Recording and Disbursements At Closing. At closing the Seller and Buyer shall cause the deeds to exchanged and recorded as well as any other documents that the parties may mutually direct to be recorded in the official records and obtain conformed copies for distribution to the Buyer and the Seller. Title Policies shall be issued and Disbursements of Documents to Buyer shall occur . Disburse to the Buyer the xxxx of sale, the general assignment, the FIRPTA certificate, the tenant notification letters and change of address notices duly executed by the Seller, and any other documents (or copies thereof) deposited into escrow by the Seller pursuant hereto.
