Conformed Copies. Escrow Agent shall, at the Close of Escrow, deliver to Seller and Buyer a copy of the Seller's Grant Deed(s) (conformed to show recording date) and conformed copies of each document recorded to place title in the condition required by this Agreement.
Conformed Copies. To deliver promptly to the Agents such reasonable number of the following documents as the Agents may request: (i) conformed copies of the Registration Statement (excluding exhibits other than the computation of the ratio of earnings to fixed charges, the Indenture, and this Agreement), (ii) the Prospectus and (iii) any documents incorporated by reference in the Prospectus.
Conformed Copies. Deliver to Seller and Xxxxx copies of all fully executed, recorded documents and escrow instructions. Each recorded document shall be conformed to show the recording date and file number.

Conformed Copies. To deliver promptly to the Representatives such reasonable number of the following documents as the Representatives may request: (i) conformed copies of the Registration Statement (excluding exhibits other than this Agreement), (ii) the Prospectus and (iii) any documents incorporated by reference in the Prospectus.
Conformed Copies. At the request of any Holder, furnish to such Holder, without charge, at least one conformed copy of each such Registration Statement and each amendment thereto, including financial statements and schedules, all documents incorporated or deemed to be incorporated therein by reference to the extent requested by such Holder, and all exhibits to the extent requested by such Holder (including those previously furnished or incorporated by reference) promptly after the filing of such documents with the Commission request therefore.
Conformed Copies. The Company will furnish the Underwriter with such conformed copies of such opinions, certificates, letters and documents as the Underwriter reasonably requests. The Underwriter may, in its sole discretion, waive compliance with any conditions to the obligations of the Underwriter hereunder, whether in respect of an Optional Closing Date or otherwise.
Conformed Copies. Escrow Holder shall at Closing deliver to Seller and Purchaser (i) a copy of the Deed, conformed to show recording date, and conformed copies of each document recorded to place title in the condition required by this Agreement, (ii) a copy of each non-recorded document received hereunder by Escrow Holder, and (iii) copies of all documents deposited into Escrow to the parties herein.
Conformed Copies. 5.1 Following the execution of this Amendment Agreement the Parties shall, in respect of the Earlier Agreements to which they are a party, produce and do all acts necessary to create such copies of Earlier Agreements incorporating the amendments detailed in this Amendment Agreement as are necessary to comply with the regulatory filing requirements of the United Kingdom Patent Office or any other such regulatory authority anywhere in the world. All such acts necessary by the College shall only be carried out at the express request of either of the other Parties and such requesting Party shall be responsible for and shall indemnify the College in respect of all out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including without limitation legal and other professional costs and expenses) which the College actually incurs in complying with any such request.
Conformed Copies. The amendments to the Agreement described in the Amendment shall be contained in conformed copies of the Agreement, its Exhibits and Schedules to be exchanged between the parties. No conformed copies of any ancillary, supporting or related documents or instruments other than the Exhibits and Schedules shall be delivered, it being agreed that any such ancillary, supporting or related documents or instruments remain in full force and effect subject to the amendments set forth in Sections 1 and 2 above.
