Recordation and Running with the Land. This MDA shall be recorded in the chain of title for the Project. This MDA shall be deemed to run with the land. The data disk of the City’s Vested Laws, Exhibit “C”, shall not be recorded in the chain of title. A secure copy of Exhibit “C” shall be filed with the City Recorder and each party shall also have an identical copy.
Recordation and Running with the Land. This MDA shall be recorded in the chain of title for the Property. This MDA and the benefits, burdens, rights and obligations herein shall be deemed to run with the land and shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of all successors in ownership of the Property, or portion thereof, as applicable, with respect to that portion of the Property owned by such successors in ownership, except as expressly set forth in this MDA. Accordingly, each and every purchaser, assignee, or transferee of an interest in the Property or any portion thereof shall be obligated and bound by the terms and conditions of this MDA, but only with respect to the Property or such portion thereof sold, assigned or transferred to it.
Recordation and Running with the Land. This MDA or notice of this MDA shall be recorded in the chain of title for the Project. This MDA shall be deemed to run with the land. The data disk of Eagle Mountain’s Vested Laws, Exhibit C, shall not be recorded in the chain of title. A secure copy of Exhibit C shall be filed with the Eagle Mountain Recorder and each party shall also have an identical copy.
Recordation and Running with the Land. This AMDA shall be recorded against the Property upon its execution. This AMDA shall be deemed to run with the land. The data disk of the Town’s Vested Laws, Exhibit “C”, shall not be recorded in the chain of title. A secure copy of Exhibit “C” shall be filed with the Town Recorder and each party shall also have an identical copy.
Recordation and Running with the Land. This Agreement shall be recorded in the chain of title for the Project. This Agreement shall be deemed to run with the land. The data disk of the City’s Vested Laws, Exhibit “D,” shall not be recorded in the chain of title. A secure copy of Exhibit “D” shall be filed with the City Recorder and each party shall also have an identical copy.

A secure copy of such data disk shall be filed with the applicable City Recorder and each party shall also have an identical copy.
Recordation and Running with the Land. This MDA, if it becomes effective pursuant to Section 13, above, shall be recorded in the chain of title for the Project. This MDA shall be deemed to run with the land. The data disk of the City’s Vested Laws, Exhibit “H”, shall not be recorded in the chain of title. A secure copy of Exhibit “H” shall be filed with the City Recorder and each party shall also have an identical copy.
Recordation and Running with the Land. This Agreement shall be promptly recorded in the real property records at the office of the Xxxxxx County, Iowa, Recorder. Furthermore, this Agreement is deemed by the parties to run with the Redevelopment Facility and shall be binding upon successors in interest to the Redevelopment Facility in accordance with its terms. Recordation and Running with the Land. This Agreement shall be recorded in the office of the Wasatch County Recorder. Copies of the City’s Vested Laws, Exhibit E, shall not be recorded. A secure copy of Exhibit E shall be filed with the City Recorder and each Party shall also have an identical copy. The provisions of this Agreement shall constitute real covenants, contract and property rights and equitable servitudes, which shall run with all of the land subject to this Agreement. The burdens and benefits hereof shall bind and inure to the benefit of each of the Parties hereto and all successors in interest to the Parties hereto. All successors in interest shall succeed only to those benefits and burdens of this Agreement which pertain to the portion of the Project Area to which the successor holds title. Such titleholder is not a third party beneficiary of the remainder of this Agreement or to zoning classifications and benefits relating to other portions of the Project Area. The obligations of Property Owners hereunder are enforceable by the City, and no other Person shall or may be a third party beneficiary of such obligations unless specifically provided herein.
