Common use of Recall of Apprentices Clause in Contracts

Recall of Apprentices. Apprentices laid off due to lack of work may be recalled by their respective Employer, through the Union District Office, at any time during a one year period provided the Apprentice was employed by the Employer for more than ninety (90) working days and is available for work.

Recall of Apprentices. Apprentices laid off due to lack of work may be recalled by their respective Employer, through the Union District Office, at any time during a one year period former Employer provided the Apprentice apprentice was employed by the Employer for more than ninety (90) 90 working days in the previous twelve (12) months and is available for work. Recalls shall be processed through the local Union District Office.
