Reasoned definition

Reasoned when used in conjunction with “decision” or “recommendation”, means incorporating a written statement of the reasons for the recommendation or decision.
Reasoned means that all conclusions are traceable to documented findings and any recommendations are explicitly linked to one or more conclusions.
Reasoned means you’ve thought about the question and present your ideas in a coherent fashion. It does not mean that I or your classmates agree with you.
