READINESS FOR CHANGE. Each party shall notify the other without delay if it considers that any changes to its technology or business processes may impact on the other party in relation to the Contract. The Contractor shall notify the Purchaser without delay if it considers that any of the technology used in the Goods or in the provision of the Services is in danger of becoming obsolete as a result of market changes or technology advantages or obsolescence. The Contractor shall have an ongoing obligation throughout the Contract Period to identify new or potential improvements to the Services.
