Reactive Power Charges. The Wind Electric Generators would be deemed to be the generating stations of the generating Company and all functions, obligations and duties assigned to such stations under the Electricity Act, 2003 would apply to these power stations. These stations would be required to abide by all applicable codes. The Wind Electric Generators would be required to pay the charges for KAVRh consumption from the grid @ 27 paise per KVARh i.e. the rate which is already prevalent in the M.P. State and which may be revised by the Commission from time to time. Reactive energy charges would be paid by the Company to the DISCOM in whose territorial area the Wind Electric Generator unit is located.

  • User Charges 1. User charges that may be imposed by the competent charging authorities or bodies of each Party on the airlines of the other Party shall be just, reasonable, not unjustly discriminatory, and equitably apportioned among categories of users. In any event, any such user charges shall be assessed on the airlines of the other Party on terms not less favorable than the most favorable terms available to any other airline at the time the charges are assessed.

  • Transportation Charges The cost of transporting Employees and Material necessary for the Mining Operations.

  • CAISO Charges (a) Seller shall assume all liability and reimburse Buyer for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Buyer because of Seller’s failure to perform any covenant or obligation set forth in this Agreement.   • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.
