Installation Charges. (a) We will charge you installation Charges as stated (or indicated by) in your Contract.
Installation Charges. (6) The value of exempt personal property given to the purchaser where taxable and exempt personal property have been bundled together and sold by the seller as a single product or piece of merchandise.
Installation Charges. The CHA shall charge for the installation of approved resident supplied air conditioners and other approved appliances or equipment that require special wiring or structural changes to the dwelling unit or premises.
Installation Charges. The Service Agreement sets out whether installation costs are payable for the Services we have agreed to supply to you. However, we may be unable (due to a third party constraint) to tell you when you place, or we confirm, your order for the Services how much these installation costs will be. Installation Charges. A separate installation charge shall apply for Jastec installation support services provided to ViewRay pursuant to Section 3.8(a) of the Agreement. The charge shall be established by mutual agreement of the parties within 8 months following the Effective Date. Installation charges shall be invoiced by Jastec after ViewRay customer sign-off of the site visit report and shall be due within sixty (60) days of receipt of invoice.
Installation Charges. Installation is charged on a per DS-1 or DS-3 Circuit basis, with differing charges depending on the capacity and type of the Equipment installed and the environment of the Site. The rate may be decreased, at ART's sole option, for additional DS-1s for the same Purchaser between the same two points. The charge for installation may vary by state and by city. Purchaser shall pay a non-recurring charge, as set forth on ATTACHMENT D, for a Standard Installation, which charge represents a portion of the actual cost of installation. Such Standard Installation charge assumes reasonable access to the Equipment locations and that the locations meet ART's Minimal Acceptable Site Criteria. The Equipment that is part of a Standard Installation is listed in ATTACHMENT E. If the installation takes longer than one continuous eight hour period or the construction required is non-standard, as determined by ART, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ART, Purchaser shall be responsible for all additional costs at ART's then current standard hourly rates and the cost of the additional materials.
Installation Charges. A charge will be assed for installation of Tenant air conditioners or approved appliances.
Installation Charges. The Agency will charge the tenant for the actual cost of installing Tenant-supplied air conditioners or ceiling fans. Air conditioners and ceiling fans may only be installed by PHA personnel or PHA-approved contractors.

Final installation time is dependent on the outcome of the Site Survey and whether any additional work is required as stated in the Statement of Works (SoW).

Additional charges for installation during non-regular work hours or other unique applications shall be agreed upon in writing and approved by the Customer prior to installation services being performed.
