RE-ASSIGNMENTS. A. Any re-assignment of a certified licensed or registered bargaining unit member made after July 10 for Beacon for the ensuing program year will be made only after a meeting between such bargaining unit member and the Superintendent, at which time, if requested, the bargaining unit member will be notified in writing of the reasons for the re-assignment. The certified bargaining unit member, at his/her option, may have a representative of his/her choice present at such meeting. Likewise, the Superintendent or Director may have a representative of his/her choice present.
