Qualifying Period. (a) If a regular employee is promoted, voluntarily demoted, or transferred to a job, the classification for which the Union is the certified bargaining authority, then the promoted, voluntarily demoted, or transferred employee shall be considered a qualifying employee in his/her new job for a period of three (3) months.
