CFR PART 200 Termination Termination for cause and for convenience by the grantee or subgrantee including the manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement. Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.

ODUF Control Data 6.5.1 Image Access will send one confirmation record per pack that is received from BellSouth. This confirmation record will indicate Image Access’s receipt of the pack and the acceptance or rejection of the pack. Pack Status Code(s) will be populated using standard ATIS EMI error codes for packs that were rejected by Image Access for reasons stated in the above section.
Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
Post-Termination Cooperation Following any termination of this Agreement, all Parties shall thereafter cooperate fully and work diligently in good faith to achieve an orderly resolution of all matters resulting from such termination.
