Qualified Originator. The Mortgage Loan has been originated by, and, if applicable, purchased by the Borrower from, a Qualified Originator. No Mortgage Loan was originated by First Alliance.
Qualified Originator. Each Mortgage Loan was originated by the Seller or, as identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, by a third-party originator possessing all necessary licenses, qualifications and approvals for the origination of mortgage loans in the jurisdiction in which the related Mortgaged Property is located.
