Qualification for Benefits. For purposes of qualifying for the foregoing insurance benefits, a full time employee is defined as an employee in the “active service” of the DISTRICT 88 or more hours each month. “Active Service” is defined as time spent at work in a regular paid status as well as paid vacation, paid holidays, CTO and/or paid sick leave. “Active service’ does not include any other hours paid for accrued benefits except those specifically listed.
