Purchased leave for CEO Employees. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, a Speech Pathologist, Psychologist (CEO), Education Officer or CEO Administration Employee, who has applied for and been granted leave without pay by the Employer for a period or periods in the year up to a total of eight weeks following the application, may with the agreement of the Employer be paid for the whole of the year at a proportionate rate of pay.
