Purchase of Work Clothing. (a) The Union and the Employer agree that preference will be given to B.C. suppliers when clothing or wearing apparel is purchased by the Employer. Upon depletion of existing stocks and termination of current contracts, all apparel supplied by the Employer shall be Union-made where available and shall bear a label so stating.
