Common use of Purchase of Goods and Services Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Goods and Services. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, We shall purchase, as Your agent and not on Our own behalf, all goods and services to be provided by outside vendors under this Agreement as may otherwise be subject to sales or other tax if purchased by Us. The title and benefit of all such goods and services shall pass directly from such vendors to You.
