Punching Out Early. An employee who leaves before his normal working day has ended without the permission of his Supervisor noted on his time card, except in extenuating circumstances, shall have fifteen minutes deducted for each such offence.

  • Moving Out a. Each Resident must remove all personal belongings from their room when the Occupancy period ends or this Contract is terminated. The room must be cleaned and all keys returned to their respective service center prior to move out being complete. Remaining personal items will be considered abandoned and will be sent to OSU Surplus for public auction or disposal.   • Cashing out annual leave Annual leave may be cashed out by agreement between the Company and an Employee, subject to the following conditions: ▪ An Employee must elect in writing to cash out annual leave; ▪ An Employee must not cash out more than two (2) weeks annual leave in each twelve (12) month period; ▪ The Company must agree to the Employee cashing out their annual leave.

  • Working Out of Class Section 1 Whenever an employee is requested to perform the tasks of a higher graded position that employee shall receive the rate of pay of that higher graded position or five percent (5%) above his/her regular rate of pay if the rate of pay for the higher graded position is less than five percent (5%) over and above that employee's regular rate of pay and his/her regular position whichever is greater for each and every hour worked in any higher grade during that contract year.

The definition of “Total Operating Expenses” set forth above is intended to encompass only those expenses which are required to be treated as Total Operating Expenses under the NASAA REIT Guidelines. As a result, and notwithstanding the definition set forth above, any expense of the Company which is not part of Total Operating Expenses under the NASAA REIT Guidelines shall not be treated as part of Total Operating Expenses for purposes hereof. 2%/25% Guidelines. 2%/25% Guidelines shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Vacation Usage Each department or agency head shall be responsible for scheduling the vacation periods of their employees in such a manner as to achieve the most efficient functioning of the department or agency and the County service. The granting of a vacation period less than the employee's annual entitlement is to be discouraged so that the full benefit of the vacation plan can be realized by each employee. The appointing authority shall determine when vacations will be taken.

  • Working Out of Classification 11.1 Employer shall avoid, whenever possible, working an employee on an out-of-class assignment for a prolonged period of time. Any employee working an out-of-class assignment for a period in excess of fifteen (15) working days during a year shall receive the rate of pay for the out-of-class assignment in a higher classification not later than the sixteenth (16th) day of such assignment. For purposes of this Article, an out-of-class assignment is defined as an assignment of an employee to perform, on a full-time basis, all of the significant duties and responsibilities of a position different from the employee’s regular position, and which is in a classification higher than the classification held by such employee. The rate of pay for an approved out-of-class assignment shall be the same rate the employee would receive if such employee received a regular appointment to the higher classification.

  • Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit The Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit with respect to each Fund shall be the amount specified in Schedule A based on a percentage of the average daily net assets of each Fund.

  • Punch List If, at any time after the Project has been Physically Completed, there shall exist any item or items requiring completion or correction, then the Developer agrees to use all reasonable diligence to complete or correct such item or items so that each conforms to the Final Plans. The parties shall make a Punch-List of the items requiring completion or correction (the "Punch List"). Each item on the Punch-List shall be assigned a reasonable value based upon the reasonable cost of completion or correction of the same or such other value as may be required by the Owner's lender ("Punch-List Amount"). The Developer shall give its written undertaking to complete each such item within forty-five (45) days (or such other period of time as is mutually agreed upon by the parties).
