Public Outreach and Engagement Activities and Responsibilities. Specific activities and responsibilities are discussed in Exhibit 6 Article 4 (Public Outreach and Engagement). The Phase Developer will be responsible for robust public outreach and community engagement efforts in close collaboration and partnership with MDOT and MDTA. The Phase Developer will coordinate with MDOT and MDTA to facilitate an early and ongoing collaborative dialogue to engage Stakeholders, local communities, and property owners in the development process. The Phase Developer, working with MDOT and MDTA, will be responsible for Stakeholder outreach, including, but not limited to, meetings and events to inform and collaborate with Stakeholders, local communities, and property owners. The Phase Developer shall collaborate with MDOT and MDTA to develop strategies that focus on public information and involvement with the goal of maintaining an open and honest dialogue with all Stakeholders through exceptional customer service and responsive correspondence.
