Common use of Public examinations Clause in Contracts

Public examinations. The Principal may, after consultation with the Parents and the Student, decline to enter the Student's name for a public examination if, in the exercise of professional judgement, the Principal considers that by doing so the Student's prospects in other examinations would be impaired and/or if the Student has not prepared for the examination with sufficient diligence (for example, because the Student has not worked or revised in accordance with advice or instruction from their tutors).
