PUBLIC CONTACT HOURS. As service to the public requires, or when established office hours are other than from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., public contact employees may be regularly scheduled to work hours other than from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work hours other than from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for full-time employees shall be kept to a minimum consistent with the rendering of adequate service to the public.
