Provisions Regarding Attendance at Conferences, etc. ‌ Employees required to attend conferences, seminars, ministry meetings, training or policy meetings, shall be considered to be working and pay shall be at the appropriate rate. All additional costs and expenses connected with the above meetings shall be covered by the Employer. Time spent in travel shall be considered time worked.
