Provision of Tools by Employee. An EMPLOYEE may elect to provide the required tools from his own supply, and not participate in the tool purchase program. The EMPLOYEE will be responsible to maintain the required tools in quality and quantity sufficient for completion of the EMPLOYEE'S assigned duties.
