Protests of Design Professional’s Decisions. All decisions of the Design Professional on any claim, dispute, or demand shall be final and binding on the Contractor in the absence of written notice of protest from the Contractor received by the Owner within fourteen calendar days of the date of the decision of the Design Professional is received by the contractor. See Section 5 Part 2.
