PROSECUTION AND PROGRESS. The Contractor will have 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed to be substantially complete with the project. The Contractor will be considered substantially complete when all contract work except for punch list work has been completed and accepted. The City shall perform a Final Inspection upon notification from the contractor that all work is complete. A Punch List of found deficiencies will be submitted to the contractor upon completion of the Final Inspection. All repairs shall be completed by the Contractor at his expense prior to issuance of Final Acceptance. 10% retainage will be held from the total amount due the Contractor until Final Acceptance of work is issued by the City.
