Term and Effective Date. The initial term of this Contract will begin June 20, 2020, or on the date the Contract is fully signed by all Parties, whichever is later, and will expire December 1, 2023, consistent with the Master Agreement, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions (Florida).
Term and Effective Date. Term and Effective Date. For new resources, this Agreement has two periods that together comprise the Term of the Agreement. The Company shall issue this Agreement within 10 Business Days of either (i) the execution of the Interconnection Agreement for the Facility, or (ii) for a Facility that does not have an interconnection agreement but has an interconnection queue position, and the Customer has provided to the Company documentation that it has attained Financial Interest for at least ninety percent (90%) of the Facility capacity, output, or other form of participation or subscription. The Company shall execute this Agreement within fifteen (15) Business Days of receiving this Agreement signed by the Customer. This Agreement is effective when fully executed by the Parties (the “Effective Date”).

Upon the date of execution of this Contract by the Commissioner of the Department of Property and Procurement, this Contract shall become effective for the Term set out herein. The Government in its sole discretion, shall have the option to renew this Contract for a period of one additional year subject to the same terms noted herein, by providing the Contractor with sixty (60) days written notice of the Government’s election to renew. Term and Effective Date. 1.1. The Contract will become effective on [Contract Effective Date] and terminate on [Contract End Date], unless terminated or extended. The Contract may be extended for additional consecutive terms at the mutual agreement of the parties, not to exceed a total of [Contract Length]. In no event will the Contract become effective unless and until it is approved and executed by the duly authorized representative of Kitsap County.
Term and Effective Date. This contract shall become effective upon execution by the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Sun Prairie, unless another effective date is specified in the attachment(s) incorporated in Section 3, however in no case shall work commence before execution by the City of Sun Prairie. The term of this contract shall be from Monday, November 1, 2021 to Thursday, December 31, 2026 with the option to extend for one (1) additional year period upon the same or more favorable terms and conditions, and under mutual agreement of both parties.
