PROPRIETARY AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS. Executive agrees to continue to abide by Executive's previously executed Non-Competition, Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PROPRIETARY AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS. Employee has signed and agrees to comply with the Company’s standard form of Employee Confidentiality and Inventions Assignment Agreement (“Confidentiality Agreement”) as a condition of his continued employment by the Company.
PROPRIETARY AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS. Executive agrees to continue to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in Executive's Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement dated December 15, 1999 ("Confidentiality Agreement") attached as Exhibit I and acknowledges that the Confidentiality Agreement remains in full force and effect.
PROPRIETARY AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS. Executive has signed and agrees to comply with the Company’s standard form of Employee Confidentiality and Inventions Assignment Agreement (“Confidentiality Agreement”) as a condition of his continued employment by the Company. Executive further agrees that all Company-related business procured by the Executive, and all Company-related business opportunities and plans made known to Executive while employed by the Company, are and shall remain the permanent and exclusive property of the Company.

Executive acknowledges that signing and complying with the Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement ("Confidentiality Agreement") attached as Attachment A, is a condition of his/her employment by the Company. Executive therefore agrees to sign and comply with the Confidentiality Agreement and acknowledges that by beginning employment with the Company, She/he will be deemed to have signed and agreed to all provisions of the Confidentiality Agreement.

Executive acknowledges that signing and complying with the Company’s standard form of Manager, Executive Personnel or Assistants’ Proprietary Information, Inventions, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement (“Confidentiality Agreement”), in substantially the form provided to Executive, is a condition of his employment by the Company. Executive therefore agrees to sign and comply with the Confidentiality Agreement and acknowledges that by beginning employment with the Company, he will be deemed to have signed and agreed to the provisions of the Confidentiality Agreement, including, without limitation, the non-competition and non-solicitation obligations set forth therein. Executive further agrees that all Company-related business procured by the Executive, and all Company-related business opportunities and plans made known to Executive while employed by the Company, are and shall remain the permanent and exclusive property of the Company.

Employee has signed and agrees to comply with the Company’s standard form of Employee Confidentiality and Inventions Assignment Agreement (“Confidentiality Agreement”) as a condition of his continued employment by the Company, which may be amended by the parties from time to time without regard to this Agreement. The Confidentiality Agreement contains provisions that are intended by the parties to survive and do survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
