PROPRIETARY AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS. Executive agrees to continue to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in Executive's Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement dated December 15, 1999 ("Confidentiality Agreement") attached as Exhibit I and acknowledges that the Confidentiality Agreement remains in full force and effect.
