Property Owner Turn. Property Owner performing his/her/its own Property Turn is responsible for reporting to SunCoast Property Management when the Turn is completed. SunCoast Property Management will perform one (1) post- turn walk-through at no charge. In the event the Turn is not completed at that time and more work is required to bring the Property to Suncoast Property Management’s “rent-ready” standards, there will be a $75 post-turn walk-through charge assessed each time SunCoast Property Management walks the property for verification of rent ready status, until the property is rent ready. The Property Owner agrees to finalize the Turn within 90 days of the property becoming newly vacant. In the event the home is not generating an income after the 90 days, the Property Owner agrees to pay SunCoast Property Management a $100 per month Down Unit fee.

The Notice to Proceed also shall specify the time frame for the Closing.

The Licensee shall promptly repair or replace all private property, real and personal, damaged or destroyed as a result of the construction, installation, operation or maintenance of the Cable System at its sole cost and expense.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
