PROMOTIONS AND VACANCIES. 10.01 Vacancies and new positions except temporary jobs of less than sixty (60) calendar days within the scope of this Agreement shall be posted on the bulletin board and mailed to out-of-town employees with a copy to the Union and employees shall be allowed fourteen (14) working days in which to make written application for such vacancies or new positions. During the posting and selection process, the Employer may assign a person to the job.
