PROMOTIONS AND VACANCIES. A. When the County determines that a promotion or vacancy in a bargaining unit positions above the entry level is to be filled, it shall be filled by internally promoting non-probationary employees from within bargaining unit of the Broward County Fire Rescue Division. Applications for promotions shall be made available at the Broward County Division of Human Resources.
