PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING. GEN-PROBE agrees not to identify STANFORD in any promotional advertising or other promotional materials to be disseminated to the public or any portion thereof or to use the name of any STANFORD faculty member, employee, or student or any trademark, service xxxx, trade name, or symbol of STANFORD or Stanford Health Services, or that is associated with either of them, without STANFORD’S prior written consent, except where GEN-PROBE is so required to disclose such relationship by law, regulation or ordinance.

PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING. Tudou has organized and run a number of online promotional advertising campaigns which help create and enhance brand awareness. For example, in June 2009, Xxxxx launched an "Internet Millionaire" competition program with Nokia. In addition, in March 2010, Xxxxx launched a "Win Gold by One Smile" campaign together with Minute Maid, one of Coca-Cola's sub-brands. • Sponsorship Events. Tudou has sponsored promotional events or online content, such as websites that feature movies or TV series, athletic events, music awards and industry exhibitions. For instance, Tudou has been sponsoring and organizing the annual Tudou Video Festival since 2008. Tudou also co-sponsored the 2010 Nine-Minute Original Movie Competition.
PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING. Reference to or use of Dane County, any of its departments or sub-units, or any county official or employee for commercial promotion is prohibited.
