Promotion of Best for Business. The Employer needs to achieve best practice levels of performance across all project activities and, therefore, all parties commit to a continuing process of identifying activities in the construction of the Project which could be performed safer, better, quicker and on a more cost effective basis. Should, during the life of this Agreement, any changes to the Project’s operations be required to ensure high levels of performance are attained, all parties are committed to introduce these changes and participate as requested in a process of consultation and co-operation to implement such measures as may be required.

  • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

  • Promotion of Contract It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS contract is not acceptable to the terms and conditions of this contract and will result in removal of Vendor from Program. Vendor is expected to use marketing funds for the marketing and promotion of this contract.

  • Criteria for Promotion 24.04.01 For evaluating each application for promotion, the following general criteria shall apply:
