Projected Opening of Lakeview Substance Abuse Program. The Lakeview Substance Abuse Program will commence operations as soon as construction has been completed and trained staff are ready. Based on DOCCS’ estimate of the time required to complete construction relating to the Lakeview Substance Abuse Program, DOCCS anticipates opening the Program within 2.9 years of the enactment of the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget.
