Projected Market Trends. The announcement of the Plan for Government to deepen LPG utilization in Nigeria and further encapsulating this vision in a published policy has shown Government's vision for the domestic LPG sector thereby increasing the potentials for growth in this sector as it is expected that the growing middle class will switch energy sources to utilize LPG. Due to the flexible solutions being offered in the LPG sector, more users will adopt LPG as a fuel of choice in the near term. It is projected that if all the aforementioned are implemented, the Nigerian Supply Market will grow by SIO.5 billion if a 50% switch is achieved. However, the lack of critical infrastructure for the distribution and use of LPG implies that most of the 4 million MT of LPG produced in the country is exported and households' resort to using traditional fuels for cooking despite the inherent risks. Therefore, with significant incremental investment in the market, penetration rates for LPG will reach 8-12% by 2020, which will improve access and lower prices. The aim of the Government's policy is to promote LPG utility and per capita consumption by 32% and 500% respectively from 400000MT and 2kg within five years.

  • NATIONAL TREATMENT AND MARKET ACCESS FOR GOODS Article 201: Scope and Coverage Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, this Chapter applies to trade in goods of a Party.

  • Market Access 1. With respect to market access through the modes of supply identified in the "trade in services" definition of Article 104 (Definitions), each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in its Schedule (7). 2.   • CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT Each calendar quarter, Vendor must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Contract Administrator assigned to this Contract. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Vendor must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Customer Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Customer Physical Street Address; • Customer City; • Customer State/Province; • Customer Zip Code; • Customer Contact Name; • Customer Contact Email Address; • Customer Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Vendor.

  • Student Evaluations Student evaluations shall be completed by the end of the 12th week of the fall semester.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.
