Incremental Investment definition

Incremental Investment means the initial purchase of the Portfolio on the Initial Purchase Date and each investment by the Purchasers in the Portfolio thereafter which increases the total outstanding Aggregate Invested Amount hereunder.
Incremental Investment means an Investment that increases the total outstanding Aggregate Capital hereunder.

  • If the Aggregate Invested Amount is to increase on a Settlement Date, each Settlement Date Investment by the Purchasers made on such date shall be increased by their respective pro rata shares of the increased Aggregate Invested Amount (i.e., through an Incremental Investment in accordance with the terms hereof).
