Project Structure Overview. The following rules have been used to define the StratusLab activities: • Each group of project objectives in Table 2 has been mapped into one of the three types of activities (COORD, SVC and RTD), each project objective in the same table has been mapped into a specific activity, and each objec-­‐ tive in the description into a task • Standard activities devoted to Project Management (WP1) and Dissemi-­‐ nation (WP3) have been defined • Activity leaders have been selected by their proven track record of excel-­‐ lence in the respective areas (see Section B.2.3 about consortium as a whole) The result is the following organization:
