Project Quality Plan. Contractor shall produce a detailed Project-specific quality assurance and inspection plan (“Project Quality Plan”) for review by Owner at NTP. The Project Quality Plan shall define the Contractor organization and responsibilities of the quality management group personnel and shall detail the procedures the Contractor intends to use to manage and control those aspects of the Work which may affect the quality of the completed Project. The Project Quality Plan shall meet the requirements of Section 3.18 of the Agreement, may be based on Contractor’s standard quality assurance procedures, and shall, at a minimum, cover the following information:
