PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. The President of the University, acting through the Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance or his designee, shall implement one or more systems for the management of capital projects for the University. The systems may include the delegation of project management authority to appropriate University officials, including a grant of authority to such officials to engage in further delegation of authority as the President of the University deems appropriate. The project management systems for capital projects shall be designed to ensure that such projects comply with the provisions of this policy and other board of visitors policies applicable to closely related subjects such as the selection of architects or policies applicable to University buildings and grounds. The project management systems may include one or more reporting systems applicable to capital projects whereby University officials responsible for the management of such projects provide appropriate and timely reports to the President of the University on the status of such projects during construction.

Strengthening Institutions through Training and Advisory Support: (i) Providing training to public and non-puclic institutions involved in the Project activities for (a) participatory IWMP preparation, (b) socially inclusive WMA development and management, (c) management of diverse stakeholder interests, (d) resettlement, (e) design and construction management, (f) environmental management, (g) agriculture, fishery and livelihood enhancement, (h) sustainable O&M, and (i) quality control; and (ii) providing support for the progress of the policy and institutional actions to be carried out under the Project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. Except as otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, Supplier shall provide any Supplier Equipment and/or Supplier Software (at no additional cost to Gap): (1) required to deliver Supplier Services and the Projects, or (2) required to meet the Service Levels. Supplier shall obtain Gap’s prior written Approval before replacing, upgrading, or providing any additional Supplier Equipment or Supplier Software that may adversely impact Gap’s systems or technology infrastructure, or require Gap to incur additional costs or expense as a result of such Change. Gap shall provide Supplier the access to the Gap systems.
