Project Leaflet Clause Samples

Project Leaflet. The main objective of SINTEC leaflet is to provide the audience an attractive project overview. The leaflet has been designed for an audience not only of experts, but also of interested non-specialists. The leaflet presents the main mission and the goals of the project, as well as its approach and its main phases. Furthermore, it includes the website address and provides basic information on SINTEC main contacts and partners. The logotype of the project and the logotype of the EU-H2020 are also included, and the EC financing is properly acknowledged. Further versions of the leaflet will be prepared taking into account the project progress and will be distributed at topical events. These versions will contain an updated content, with an overview of the results achieved, and a new layout to make them more attractive. The leaflet can be downloaded from the project website and it can be circulated both in electronic version by email, and in paper version on the occasion of conferences or other events. Some leaflets may be translated into other languages than English by the partners located in the pilot sites, on the basis of a master template that will be provided them. In any case, the content of the leaflets has to be clear and easily understandable by the target end users.
Project Leaflet. A project leaflet (4 pages) will be produced in English and in the other languages of the BIOSURF countries (German, Italian, Hungarian and French), with 1,000 copies per language. The purpose of the leaflet is to generate interest about the project among the key target groups and to establish contact with them at the beginning of the project.
Project Leaflet. The project's leaflet is a trifold leaflet that follows the roll fold design and was developed using Adobe Indesign, a desktop publishing and typesetting software application produced by Adobe Systems. The project leaflet will be used by project partners during dissemination events and it will be periodically updated according to the project’s developments and to the informational needs of selected target groups. Taking advantage of captivating and colourful images of the Metro of Madrid, the technical messages have been translated into simpler messages so that the leaflet can be used to disseminate E-LOBSTER also to the general public. The leaflet can be circulated in printed form, e.g. it can be handed out at conferences or other events; on the other hand also an electronic version (e.g. PDF file) can be circulated. Project Leaflet. The project leaflet is aimed to be distributed to the public at various events, but also to be available continually at all beneficiaries’ office and venues. The leaflet is folded into three parts with a total of six pages – see Figure 7. The first page – the top right – is aimed to attract the reader and to give the reader a view of the holistic approach. The last page – which is the middle page on the image below – is presenting the consortium and the contact information to the project coordinator and the technical manager. The leaflet and the poster is available for partners to download from the SAFEWAY2SCHOOL ftp – ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ – in high resolution for printing and in low resolution for computer presentations like PowerPoint’s and pdf’s. The content of this “promotional” material was discussed among partners before being printed. The images were produced specifically for the SAFEWAY2SCHOOL project.
