Common use of Project Cost Control Clause in Contracts

Project Cost Control. (1) The Contractor shall prepare and update detailed Statements of Construction Cost of the Project based on design documents prepared by the Architect-Engineer, as set forth in paragraph (g) below. Each Statement of Construction Cost prepared by the Contractor shall be in a CSI trade format, or other suitable format as agreed upon by Princeton University, the Architect-Engineer and the Contractor, to allow comparison. Note that the fee calculation shall not include general conditions costs or Construction Contingency.
