(a) Each full-time employee will be advanced from her or his their present level to the next level twelve (12) months after she or he was they were last advanced (hereinafter called her or his their "service review date"). Except as expressly stated in Article 12.04, if an employee’s absence without pay from the Hospital exceeds thirtythirty (30) continuous calendar days during such twelve (12) month period, their service review date will be extended by the length of such absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days.
