Common use of Professional Study Leave Clause in Contracts

Professional Study Leave. 34 Subject to the approval of the Board of Education, leaves of absence without pay for one year may 35 be granted to any certificated employee who has completed four (4) years of continuous service.

Professional Study Leave. 34 23 Subject to the approval of the Board of Education, leaves of absence without pay for one year may 35 24 be granted to any certificated employee who has completed four (4) years of continuous service.

Professional Study Leave. 34 30 Subject to the approval of the Board of Education, leaves of absence without pay for one year may 35 31 be granted to any certificated employee who has completed four (4) years of continuous service.

When this leave is granted, the absence shall not be construed as a break in service as far as seniority is concerned.
