Professional Dress. The Association and the Board agree that all staff members have a responsibility to present themselves in a professional manner. It is assumed that they will represent themselves, their school, their professional organizations, and the Board in a manner that would earn and maintain respect and set a proper model for students. It is recognized that dress is a matter of individual taste and style. However, all personnel are encouraged to consider appropriate dress and grooming necessary for a positive influence on their professional performance and the performance of their students.
