Professional Development Leave. 26.01 The parties recognize that in order to maintain and enhance professional expertise, employees, from time to time, need to have opportunities to attend or participate in conferences, conventions, symposia, workshops and other gathering of a similar nature, to attend training courses and to participate in career development activities described in this Article.
