Professional Development Leave. The Employer shall ensure that operating budgets make reasonable provision for the ongoing professional development of full time nursing staff. The Employer will encourage staff to attend relevant seminars and conferences on a regular basis. Costs may be either shared or paid for in total by the Employer or release from work provided at the discretion of the Employer.
