Product Information and Samples. CyberRetail is not required to include a Product in the Catalogue until Vendor has: (i) completed and delivered to CyberRetail the product description sheet contained in Exhibit B hereto in respect of each Product in the Product List; (ii) delivered to CyberRetail one (1) sample of each Product in the Product list; and (iii) delivered to the Fulfillment Center the Acceptable Size Run for the Product in each case at Vendor's sole expense.
