Procedure for Holding an Election for Local Staff Representatives. 1. A list should be obtained from HR of all staff within the constituency where the vacancy exists. Only those employees who are members of a Trade Union (which is party to this Agreement) are eligible to vote in the election. It will need to be established from the above list, those members of staff who fall into this category. It may be necessary to contact the full time officer or headquarters of the Trade Union to establish eligibility.
