Procedure For Dealing With Safety Issues. Comprehensive policies and procedures have been developed for the management of safety and health, including fitness for work issues. All employees are required to observe and comply with the safety policies and procedures of the Company and the Project in place and as introduced or varied, including any processes for addressing fitness for work issues and for resolving safety grievances.   • PROCEDURE FOR DEALING WITH SAFETY ISSUES OR INCIDENTS 11.1 The Employer, the Employees and the Union agree that for the purposes of s. 81 of the WHS Act matters about work health and safety arising at the workplace shall be resolved in accordance with this procedure.
