PROBLEM ESCALATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 14.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a Scope of Work shall in the first instance be referred to the project managers for discussion and resolution at the next project review meeting. If the matter is not resolved at that meeting, (or if the dispute relates to any question or difference concerning the construction, meaning or effect of the Framework Agreement) the matter will be referred to the Account Managers for discussion and resolution on or before the next account review meeting. If the matter is not resolved at that meeting, it will be referred to the Managing Directors of each party who must meet within two (2) weeks to attempt to resolve the matter. If the unresolved matter is having a serious effect on the performance of this Framework Agreement or a Scope of Work, the parties will use reasonable endeavours to reduce the elapsed time in completing the process.
