Principles of Expedited Arbitration. (a) Arbitrators shall normally decide multiple cases each day of hearing. Cases shall be heard on an expedited basis after the parties have exchanged their written briefs. Oral evidence may be called only where the arbitrator deems necessary and only with leave of the arbitrator. Mediation prior to arbitration is normally an integral part of this arbitration process.
